Pregnancy Massage

Pregnancy massage, also known as prenatal massage, is a gentle, nurturing therapy designed specifically for expectant mothers. It helps relieve the physical and emotional stresses of pregnancy by easing muscle tension, improving circulation, and promoting deep relaxation — all while ensuring the safety and comfort of both mother and baby.
Specially trained therapists use safe, slow, and rhythmic strokes with comfortable positioning (usually side-lying). Oils used are mild and pregnancy-safe. Sessions are carefully adapted to each stage of pregnancy.
